
K-pop girl group Red Velvet member Joy and South Korean R&B singer Crush are confirmed to be in a relationship.
On August 23, both Korean artists' agencies, SM Entertainment and P NATION, confirmed the news, according to a Soompi report.
"They had a senior-junior relationship, but they recently began dating with good feelings toward each other," the agencies stated.
Joy and Crush collaborated on the song "Mayday" in May 2020, and according to Sports Chosun, the two singers remained in touch after the collaboration and eventually started dating.
Crush, real name Shin Hyo-seob, is a South Korean R&B and hiphop singer. He debuted as a solo artist in 2014 and is famous for singing "Beautiful," which is part of the original soundtrack of the hit drama Goblin in 2016.
Joy, real name Park Soo-young, is a South Korean singer, actress, and host. She debuted as a member of South Korean girl group Red Velvet in August 2014. In May, she released her first solo album 'Hello.'
Meanwhile, Red Velvet made their comeback last August 16 with the album 'Queendom.'
